Absolutely Paradise II Description

Amazing 3 bedroom vacation townhome that sleeps 8 in a resort-style community in Seacrest.  This beautifully decorated townhome has access to a massive community pool, and is centrally located right on 30A and across the street from the Hub.  Easy access to 30A’s beautiful bike trail, it is easy to go enjoy the dining, night life, quaint shops and local culture in Rosemary or Seaside.   The back porch seems like it was made to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while planning your day.  Enjoy this great house for your next vacation!

The layout is open and inviting and the high windows let you enjoy the warmth of the Florida sun.  The open common living area is located on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second.  The 3 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space on the second floor, with 1 Master-king, 1 queen, and a twin/full/trundle.

What is there to do on 30A?
1. Rent bikes from Paradise30A and ride between Rosemary Beach and Seaside
2. Visit our beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches
3. Enjoy the entertainment at the Hub
4. Explore many of the man-made reefs off the coast

What about great dining options?
1. The Hub as a variety of great locations to eat
2. Angelina’s Pizzeria and Past
3. Whiskey Bravo
4. Restaurants at 30 Avenue
5. Cafe Thirty A (great discounts between 5-6pm)

What about the kids?
1. Absolutely Paradise II has an amazing community pool
2. Explore The Hub, right across the street from the Prominence community, great for entertainment and dining
3. Rent bikes and explore 30A

How do I get to the beach?
1. Any public beach access is available to the guests
2. Starting from Memorial Weekend through Labor day weekend there is a tram service starting from 9am to 4pm daily 
3.  There is a pick up on the north side by the pool and south side by the mailbox
4. They generally pick up every hour, it could be longer depending on the beach traffic but you can call the tram service number to see where they are at: Number to tram service: 850-598-0251
5. Tram service takes you to  Bramble Grove access, if the red flags are flying the tram service does not run 

What else do I need to know?
1. Bikes, Beach Chairs, Golf Carts, Paddle Boards, and more available by calling Paradise 30A
2. 50% of payment is due at the time of booking and 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival
3. Renter must be 25 years of age and sign a rental agreement
4. No Pets allowed
