Beautiful new (2018) custom-built home with gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces including a private, heatable (for an additional fee) salt water pool. Designed to be a vacationer's dream!! This home is light and bright with an airy, open floor plan and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attached 2 car garage, all on one convenient level. Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Features a king master bedroom suite with separate soaking tub and shower, queen bedroom and third bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed w/a trundle. Centrally located in PCB in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping and activities. Less than a four minute stroll to the Bid-A-Wee neighborhood's private gated beach access (entry code provided to guests). Beyond the gates lies 2500 feet of beautiful dedicated, undeveloped beachfront. This home sleeps a maximum 8 total occupants, with a maximum of six adults. 

DESCRIPTION:
  • Sparkling salt water pool that can be heated during your stay (additional fee if pool heating is requested)
  • Backyard oasis includes covered porch, outdoor dining area and bar top, seating areas, pergola, firepit, gas and charcoal grilling area and private saltwater pool
  • Master suite with attached bathroom including two sinks, separate water closet, soaker tub and separate shower
  • Second bedroom offers queen bed and third bedroom offers four twins (one of which is a trundle)
  • Cable and high speed Wi-Fi provided
  • TVs in every bedroom and the living room
  • Beautiful designer finishes, furniture and décor, designed in the latest casual-elegant beachy style to make this a vacationer's paradise inside and out
  • Located in a quiet and peaceful beachfront residential neighborhood that includes coded access to six PRIVATE beach entrances. Beyond the gates you will find 2500 feet of dedicated pristine, undeveloped sugar sandy beach where threatened species such as Loggerhead Sea Turtles and Black Skimmer birds choose to nest. 
  • The home sits just under two blocks from the beach and away from the noise and hustle bustle of Front Beach Rd. 
  • Less than a four minute walk or a two minute bike ride to the sugar white sand (parking in front of the beach is available along Front Beach Rd. from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset if you prefer to drive.)
  • Close enough to walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shops, activities and the grocery store. Also nearby are Gulf World Marine Park, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park (open seasonally), Frank Brown Park, St. Andrews and Camp Helen State Parks, Boat tours, water activities, the list goes on
  • Outdoor shower

House Rules:
  1. No smoking anywhere on the property
  2. No pets of any kind on the property
  3. No parties or events
  4. Observe pool safety rules 
  5. Park only in garage or driveway 
  6. 8 max occupants - max. 6 adults (ages 25 and over)
  7. Maintain the quiet nature of the neighborhood - do not disturb the neighbors
  8. Keep all windows and doors closed when the A/C is running 
  9. Keep the garage overhead door closed at all times when not in active use
  10. All people and objects that have been to the beach must be rinsed off in the outdoor shower before entering the house to prevent damage to the plumbing by sand and to the outdoor accessories by sea water
