Walking into the living and dining areas you’ll find plenty of space with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing outstanding Gulf-front views. The kitchen is a chefs dream, including upgraded appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a large walk-in pantry, making cooking for the family a breeze. Hang out at the resort-style pool or venture to the sugar-white shores and enjoy nearly 1,000 feet of private beach, readily accessible from three dune walkovers. Whether you’re a sun seeker, an avid shopper, or an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll find Linger Longer in Dune Allen Beach to be an excellent start to the perfect getaway!

1. We recommend renting bikes from Paradise30A and riding down 30A to Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, or Seaside
2. Bike through the trails and explore the hidden secrets of 30A
3. Take your family to Gulf Place and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a concert from the outdoor green
4. Enjoy some of the world’s most beautiful beaches

What else do I need to know?
1. Linger Longer is in one of the most coveted spots located right off 30A
2. Linger Longer offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating and additional bar seats at the kitchen
3. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement, pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to arrival.
4. We will contact you to confirm your reservation and answer any questions
5. Must be 25 years or older to rent
**Additional $2500.00 refundable security deposit charged at confirmation**
