This modern home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12, so there is great space for the entire family in this warm home. The exterior entertaining space is perfect for gathering family or friends around the dining area or the fire pit. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage as the day winds down, while relaxing outside. Located just north of 98 and on the east side of 30A, this is the perfect location to enjoy the quaint shops and renowned restaurants along Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. And, with two complimentary bikes included, it is less than a ten minute trip to some great beach accesses where you can enjoy the beautiful water along the Gulf Coast.
The first floor has a great open concept living and dining area, a half bath, and one queen en suite. The second floor has one king en suite, a queen bed, a room with two lofted twin beds, and a bedroom with two sets of full bunks.

1. Take a walk around Rosemary Beach town center which consists of retail shops and great restaurants.
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.
