The Inlet Dunes beachside condominiums are currently receiving a very exciting exterior renovation, slated to be completed by June 1st, 2023. Just in time for Summer Vacation!Paradise 30A~ Inlet Dunes 201 is a first floor one bedroom condo for rent on 30a in the laid back neighborhood of Inlet Beach. Recently updated, Inlet Dunes 201 has beautiful finishes, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and comfortable bedding for 6 guests. The bedroom includes a king sized bed with access to the full bathroom, there are two twin hallway bunks, and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Staying at Inlet Dunes 201 you will enjoy walk out access to the community pool and a private porch overlooking the garden and pool area.
What is there to do on 30A?
1. Rent bikes from Paradise30A and ride through Inlet Beach, to Rosemary or through Alys Beach
2. Visit our beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches
3. Grab a slice of pizza from Pizza by the Sea and enjoy the concerts at the Villages.
4. Explore many of the man made reefs off the coast
What about great dining options?
1. Shades at the Loop is a local favorite and family friendly
2. Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar
3. The Donut Hole for breakfast
4. Paradis for fine dining
5. Bike to 30Avenue for many great dining options
What about the kids?
1. Inlet Dunes 201 has an amazing community pool steps from the back door
2. Rent bikes and explore Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Inlet Beach
3. Take them out for Pizza at Amici's
4. Rent Paddle boards and Canoes

1. Inlet Dunes is located in Inlet Beach across from South Orange Street beach access
2. Inlet Dunes is located in a very private, gated community, steps from the beach
3. Bikes, Beach Chairs, Golf Carts, Paddle Boards, and more available by calling Paradise 30A
4. 50% of payment is due at the time of booking and 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival
5. Renter must be 25 years of age and sign rental agreement
6. No Pets allowed
7. No Smoking allowed

At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified.
