Situated in Inlet Beach, this 4 bedroom 3 bath house is within walking distance to the white sugar sand beaches and a short bike ride to picturesque downtown Rosemary and 30A. With three levels of balconies, you will have plenty of outdoor living space to have coffee in the morning, relax for lunch, or enjoy an evening beverage while savoring the third floor’s panoramic views of the emerald Gulf waters. Inlet beach is cherished for being away from the crowds, but close to everything. Perfect for one or two families, Inlet Summer is a great vacation home.

This house is beautifully furnished to accommodate 10 people comfortably. First Floor Features a second master with king bed and full bathroom and a flat screen TV. The kitchen, dining, and living areas provide ample seating for large family meals or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen. On the Second Floor you will find a large master suite featuring a private balcony, flat screen TV, large whirlpool tub and separate shower. The balcony provides views of the gulf and a quaint seating area your morning coffee time. The second bedroom includes a queen bed a flat screen TV. The third bedroom includes full sized bunk beds flat screen TV sharing a full bathroom with shower/tub. Traveling up to the third floor there is a seating and TV area for the kids or beverage lounge for the adults. The loft offers a new day bed with a regular size twin mattress. 1. We recommend riding bikes through the streets of Inlet Beach and neighboring towns on 30A
2. Bike to Rosemary Beach and enjoy fine dining and great local favorites
3. Take your family to The Hub and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a movie at the outdoor theater

2. The beach access is a short walk, bike, or golf cart ride from Inlet Summer

3. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement, pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to arrival.
