Taking its name from the Italian word for “friends,” Amici 30A Italian Kitchen pays tribute to the power of friendship, especially that of close friends turned family. The founding members of the Corchis family drew inspiration from the many job-related relocations they had as a family, leaving behind home and family but discovering new friends that would come to be as close to them as family. Hence the restaurant’s motto of “Friends, family and full bellies.”
A Friendly Atmosphere
Amici on Rosemary Beach offers different dining areas for a variety of dining experiences: a bar area that’s perfect for work buddies to hang out in or as a place for couples to dine casually, an open-air patio with a view of the sky and the stars, table seating for families to pass pasta around, and private event venues. The heart of the restaurant can be found at its exhibition kitchen, allowing customers to share in the sights and smells of the food as it is made.

Amici 30A offers lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Order your choice of fresh pasta with choice of sauce and add a meat. Will it be traditional meatballs or something more unconventional like shrimp or black grouper? Or perhaps you’re hungry for one of Amici 30A’s signature pizzas, such as the Funghi for a fun time or a mac ‘n’ cheese that aims to please. Or chew on some greens with your choice of salad
For dessert, you can treat yourself to a chocolate-chip cannoli; deep-fried ricotta dough balls packed with Nutella and served with whipped cream, jam, and orange zest; tiramisu; lemon cello mascarpone cake; flourless chocolate cake; a variety of gelato flavors (dark chocolate, vanilla bean, mint chocolate chip, or cookies and cream); or a fine selection of sorbet.
