Sleeping 6 comfortably, the Master bedroom offers fantastic views of the gulf and is equipped with a King size bed, flat screen television and a full en-suite bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find two Queen beds perfect to sleep extra family members! The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a table with seating for six and seating outside on the spacious patio. This unit comes complete with a full size washer and dryer. 

The open floor plan makes the direct gulf views at this property even that much more enjoyable! If you are looking for peace and serenity on a quiet beach and a short stroll to all of the action, then you have found your Dream Vacation! 

Each reservation between March 1 and October 31 comes with complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach for you every day of your stay, weather permitting!

With 550 feet of private beach, a great community pool, grilling areas, covered parking and only a 10-min ride to Pier Park or 5min to 30-A, this condo is a great location for a weekend getaway, a week vacation or a homestead for the winter months.  Adjacent to Carillon Beach/30A, the condo is located away from the crowded high-rise condos but still close to Panama City Beach attractions. Winn Dixie, CVS, Publix and the famous Bayou Bill's Crab House are just steps away from the condo where you can shop, pick up groceries & dine.
