The Story
La Crema Tapas and Chocolate was opened to bring not just the tastes but the passion and the life of Spaniards to restaurant goers. The restaurant was influenced by the tapas and chocolate shops that are frequented in Madrid and Barcelona. The goal of La Crema Tapas and Chocolate is to provide a dining experience that will relax you with food that’s “casual, tasty, and unique.”
Dessert Tapas on Rosemary Beach
Let us start first with dessert. And if you eat dessert first when you go here, we promise not to tell—not with such tasty temptations offered!
For the chocolate lover, there’s chocolate-covered bacon; chocolate chip cookies served with a milk shooter; sipping chocolates with your choice of infusion (hazelnut, mocha, peppermint, and hot chili); chocolate fondue with dippable fruit, marshmallows, and pound cake; a chilled mocha caramel latte poured over vanilla ice cream and served with whipped cream, pirouettes, a chocolate chip cookie and dark chocolate; the appropriately named “OMG” that has two triple chocolate chip cookies sandwiching whipped espresso cream (OMG!); and a hot chocolate molten lava cake (with vanilla ice cream or peanut butter as add-ons). Other treats include a sweet and salty caramel ice cream and seasonal fruit paired with Chantilly cream and baked in a shortbread tart. Desserts range from $6 to $15.
Food
Of course, one cannot live on chocolate alone. La Crema Tapas and Chocolate offers a wide selection of paellas and tapas on Rosemary Beach. Dine on seafood, steak, chicken, and more. Prices range from $8 to $28.
For children eight years old and younger, there’s a kids’ menu with grilled cheese, chicken fingers or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for $9 or a kids’ pasta for $11.
Drinks
What is a sugary sweet without something cool and refreshing to wash it down with? La Crema Tapas and Chocolate has a selection of red wines, white wines, rosés, beers and other alcoholic drinks to complement your dessert. Prices range from $8 to $18 for a glass. Select wines are only available by the bottle. Sodas, lemonade, coffees, teas, and bottled water are also available to purchase, with prices ranging from $3 to $6.

The restaurant is open every day of the week. Standard operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with hours extended to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
